Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
Preparation:
