PREPARATION:Place fish on an oiled baking sheet, skin side down. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges and Cheese Mustard Sauce or Sour Cream Cucumber Sauce.
