Herb Baked Fish Recipe

Herb baked fish fillets with butter and tarragon and thyme.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound frozen fish fillets, partially thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup corn flakes, crumbled

Preparation:

Place fillets in greased baking dish. Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in seasonings, cook 1 minute longer. Spread mixture over the fish fillets. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Baked fish recipe serves 4.
