"It's an easy enough recipe to make and very flavorful, but the manufacturer of the jars does not know what you'll be putting in them so they can't tell the home cook how long to process in the BWB. Process the jars for 10 minutes if you are below 1000 feet above sea level. Process for 15 minutes between 1001 feet and 6000 feet and 20 minutes if you are above 6000 feet!"
