Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sesame seed, toasted*
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 3 to 4 pounds chicken pieces
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425°. Pour oil into a shallow baking pan; put in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Mix sesame seed, flour, salt, and paprika in a large food storage bag or bowl. Dredge or shake chicken pieces in the dry mixture. Place in hot oil and bake for 30 minutes. Turn and continue baking for about 30 minutes longer, or until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
