Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain fine dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup very finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation:
In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, pecans, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika; mix well.
In another shallow bowl, beat the egg with the milk until frothy.
Dip the drumsticks into the egg mixture, and then roll them into the pecan
mixture. Arrange the coated drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and
drizzle with the melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes
minutes. Serve immediately.
