My Father use to make this pancake back in the 50's and I never got the recipe from him. Your recipe is a exact match. Pop did one thing though, he would apply grape jelly on top of it , roll it up and apply the powdered suger and lemon juice. Thanks for the memories and a great breakfast this morning!
