Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup raisins
- butter
- syrup
Preparation:
Heat greased griddle.In a mixing bowl, whisk milk with egg and oil until blended. Stir in pancake mix, wheat germ and raisins. Cook pancakes on hot griddle for about 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned on both sides.
Serve pancakes hot, with butter and maple syrup.
Make about 8 pancakes using 1/4 cup for each pancake.
