Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds Italian sausage links
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 jar or can (16 ounces) boiled onions, drained, cut in half
- 32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
- 1 pound ziti or other long tube pasta
Preparation:
Meanwhile, cook pasta until just tender; drain. Put half of the ziti in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Top with mozzarella cheese, half of sauce, then remaining ziti and remaining sauce.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
