Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups peeled, pitted, and sliced peaches, about 2 pounds fresh peaches
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, and sour cream; mix well. Fold in sliced peaches and stir until well coated. Pour into the prepared pie shell.Bake at 425° for 30 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and pastry is golden brown.
