Yummy!!!, Member pookie1899

Thank you so much for posting this recipe. I was looking online to make a pie out of these peaches I had that were going to go bad if I didn't use them. Being just a newlywed (we got married 10 days ago!) and me still in college, I have a lot of cooking skills to learn. Didn't have a pie plate so I improvised using an 8x8 casserole dish lined with aluminum foil. I did not use the topping the recipe suggested; I used another Walmart Pie Crust on top. Also, instead of a container of sour cream (8oz), I mixed up a substitute of 3/4cup plain yogurt and 1/4th cup butter (I ran out of sour cream) and it worked wonders. My hubby loved this recipe, we both give it a big 4 out of 5! :D
