- 1 unbaked pastry shell, 9-inch
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- dash salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 1/2 cups fresh peach slices (ripe but firm)
Preparation:
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg; blend in cream. Arrange peach slices in the baked pie shell then pour cream mixture over the fruit. Bake at 400° for 35 to 45 minutes, or until set.
