This pecan pie recipe was shared by DocDonald.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups unsulphured blackstrap molasses
- 2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey 2 tablespoons Bourbon
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pie crust, prepared, 9- to 10-inch
Preparation:
Beat all ingredients well, except pecans. Stir in pecans, pour into
a pie crust and bake 40 to 45-mins. at 350°.
