Whiskey Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsulphured blackstrap molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey 2 tablespoons Bourbon
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 pie crust, prepared, 9- to 10-inch

Preparation:

Beat all ingredients well, except pecans. Stir in pecans, pour into a pie crust and bake 40 to 45-mins. at 350°.
