Cook Time: 55 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tblsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rum (I used Myers dark rum)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 9-inch frozen deep dish pie crust, unbaked (remove wax paper!)
Preparation:
My pie was a tad runny so next time I will probably reduce the rum by 1 tblsp. I also used a hand mixer for a minute or two before I added the pecans. Bon Appetite!
