Ingredients:
- 3/4 stick of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 Tabsp of bourbon
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation:
Cream together the butter and dark brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla, salt, corn syrup, and bourbon. Blend all well. Put 1 cup pecans on the bottom of the pie shell. Add pie mixture over the top.then add 1 more cup of pecans on the top. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350° F.Shared by Joyce
