Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft wheat flour (White Lily, etc)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut in 1" cubes
- dash salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in food processor fitted with metal blade. Process to blend all ingredients and form a smooth dough. Turn out dough onto a work surface and gather together. Gently knead 3 or 4 times forming a smooth ball. Wrap well in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 1 hour before rolling.Makes enough for 1 single-crust pie (9-inch).
