These drop cookies contain pineapple, egg, walnuts or pecans, and cinnamon and oats.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

"The cookies taste ok , but are so moist that they are almost mushy. I followed the recipe exactly, I even baked a few minutes longer than suggested."
