Pineapple Pie Recipe

A cool and delicious pineapple cheese pie with cream cheese.


  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese ,room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie shell


Beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Fold in the whipped cream, then the drained crushed pineapple. Spoon mixture into the pie shell. Chill thoroughly until filling is set, about 2 to 3 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

My husband and I love this pie! It's cheap, super easy to make, and VERY tasty. It is very much like the pineapple cream cheese pie at Captain D's restaurants. I even like this one a little bit better!
