Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 20 graham crackers
- maraschino cherries for garnish, if desired
Preparation:
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water; stir in drained pineapple. Chill until partially set. Fold in half of the whipped cream. Spread a layer of pineapple mixture over each of the graham crackers. Line crackers up on their edges, sticking one cracker with spread to the last, to form a loaf. Frost loaf with remaining whipped cream. Arrange sliced cherries into flower shapes and garnish top, if desired.
