Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 to 8 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic, smashed and minced
- 2 tablespoons dried leaf tarragon, crushed
- seasoned salt
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, and tarragon. Place chops in a large, sealable food storage bag; pour marinade mixture over pork chops. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Drain pork chops; discard marinade. Place pork chops on rack in broiler pan; sprinkle with a little seasoned salt. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for about 5 to 6 minutes, or until brown. Turn pork chops and sprinkle again with a little seasoned salt. Broil 5-6 minutes more or until pork chops are done.Pork chops recipe serves 6 to 8.
