Pork Chop Bake Recipe

A recipe for pork chops baked with cream of chicken soup, ketchup, and onions.

Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation:

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; brown pork chops; season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Combine soup, onion, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chops are tender.
Baked pork chops recipe serves 4 to 6.

"I made this saucy porkchop recipe this evening and my husband absolutely loved it! I thought the chicken soup, ketchup, and worchestershire sauce was an odd combination, but it was delicious! It's so easy and I had most of the ingredients in my pantry. Instead of the onion I added a bit of onion powder. Will make again and pass it along to the family!"
