"This recipe came out fantastic. I followed the proportions as written and used 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder. As far as the mustard goes, we didn't have creole so I used plain yellow mustard and it worked just fine. Since pork chops come in many different thicknesses, I used an internal thermometer to determine doneness. 1"" thick needs about 28 minutes in the last step. I also added 1/2 tsp of arrowroot at the end to thicken the sauce. They came out perfect. Even the fussy kids loved them."
