  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
  • grated American cheese

Too much milk!, Member kjmcam

This recipe is delicious and the pork chops came out very tender. My only complaint is that it was a little ""soupy"". Next time I make it, I plan to use only one-half cup of milk. The flavor was great though and my husband really liked it. I also used shredded cheddar cheese instead of the american. I baked it a half hour and then put the cheese on top for the remaining cook time. Enjoy!
