Spicy Spareribs

A spicy spareribs recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds spareribs, cut in serving pieces
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • few dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 large clove garlic

Preparation:

Put spareribs in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes. Broil spareribs slowly, basting with sauce mixture frequently, for 30 minutes, or until done.
Spareribs recipe serves 4 to 6.
