Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 pounds pork spareribs, cut in serving-size pieces
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon (rounded) ground ginger
Preparation:
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour over ribs.
Bake 30 minutes longer, or until ribs are tender, basting with the sauce a few times.
Baked Spareribs Recipe serves 6.
