Ingredients:
- 4 lbs spare ribs
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
Preparation:
Cut racks into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper. Place in roaster pan; cover with onions. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 ° for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally and turn spareribs a few times. Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown ribs.Serves 4 to 6.
