Barbecued Spareribs

Grilled spareribs are first baked, then grilled over hot coals with basting sauce.

Cook Time: 2 hours, 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size portions
  • salt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

"We didn't even have the Chili power or chili sauce so we just added 2 tbs of BBQ sauce and this was AWSOME! I'm going to make this again and go get all the right ingredients but it definatly was a keeper! THANKS!!!!"
