- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 ounces orange juice concentrate, about 3/4 cup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
