Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds baking potatoes, about 4 or 5 large, scrubbed, baked, chilled
- 12 slices cooked bacon, diced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream, light or regular
- 4 tablespoons milk
- more sliced green onions for garnish, optional
Preparation:
Cut the chilled potatoes into 1/2-inch slices. Combine in a large bowl with the bacon, green onions, celery seeds, and pepper. Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
