Yankee Pot Roast- A Real Dandy of a Meal, Member hasdasjas

I made this delicious dish for dinner and it was absolutely wonderful, just like my Mom's. I did make a few modifications. I had a precooked roast and so I simply let it simmer in the dutch oven with the veggies. I also used 2 cups of rutabaga and no potatoes simply because I had a whole rutabaga and wanted to use it up. I would definitely make this again.
