About the Cookbook
Sara Gibbs, Chef at the unique Louisville, KY restaurant, "Lynn's Paradise Café," has had her food featured in several magazines and on TV, and she recently did the box lunches for a Southern Foodways Symposium. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with Sara at a past symposium, and recently enjoyed lunch at the popular Louisville restaurant, so I was especially excited about this cookbook.Chicken thighs are probably the most flavorful part of the chicken, certainly deserving of a cookbook of their own. This wonderful illustrated cookbook is such a delight to browse, and all of the recipes (many are pictured) are tempting and unique.
The Recipes

Along with the recipes, almost every page has a Cook's Secret, helpful tip, or just a bit of friendly advice. I particularly loved the "Well, I Declare!" exclamations on some pages, pointing out cautions, facts, or interesting food history.
You'll want a copy for yourself and another to give as a gift.
