Wonderful BreadOctober 15, 2009By MichaelaHinton
"This bread is easy to make. I followed the receipe exactly, and it tasted great. It stayed moist . I used the wax paper in the bottom of the pan and then sprayed the entire inside of the pan with oil. The bread came out perfectly that way. My chopper, I believe, chopped the apples too fine, so when I did get a small chunk of apple, it was even better. I will make sure that I have some larger pieces of apple left to add to the receipe the next time I make it. I used golden raisins. My husband and I ate both loaves of the bread in a couple of days. I would highly recommend this recipe to others."
