This was so easy to make, and great tasting too... I added maple syrup and apple cubes to the dough before I put it in the oven (Just felt like being creative) and it is great. I will make this recipe again and try it with different things next time. I don't know if this has anything to do with the way I made it or not, but I found it was heavier than other bread. Still good though
