Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 pound lean ground meat OR crabmeat or shrimp
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1 can condensed onion soup
- 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients; put into an 8x8-inch square baking dish (all raw) or 2-quart casserole. Mix well. Cover tightly with foil, then place a cover over the top (or another layer of foil) to keep steam in. Bake at 425° for 1 hour.
