Green Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2/3 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups beef broth
