Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves, or strain to remove seeds
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 4 tsp rice vinegar
- 4 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation:
Place preserves in medium bowl; gradually whisk in oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Makes about 3/4 cup.
