Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup blood orange juice (about 2 blood oranges)
- 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar or about 2 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard or Creole mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or container of an immersion blender. Blend until smooth.Makes about 1 cup.
