Ingredients:
- 1 can (approx. 7 ounces) salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion diced
- olive oil, enough to cover bottom of skillet
