Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup thick white sauce, below
- 1 1/2 cups cold flaked salmon
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs

- Thick White Sauce:
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- dash black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Preparation:
To the hot white sauce, add flaked salmon, green pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine. Put mixture in individual ramekins or larger baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until bread crumbs are browned. Serves 4.
