Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (approximately 16 ounces) salmon, drained, picked over, flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs

"I was going to make my standard Tuna Casserole, then I discovered I had many cans of salmon in the pantry. This recipe was easy to make and I was surprised and pleased that it didn't have noodles. Can you estimate the calorie count? It said the recipe served 8 people - NO, closer to 3 people. It was delicious."
