Easy Salmon Casserole, Member marilynlandon

I was going to make my standard Tuna Casserole, then I discovered I had many cans of salmon in the pantry. This recipe was easy to make and I was surprised and pleased that it didn't have noodles. Can you estimate the calorie count? It said the recipe served 8 people - NO, closer to 3 people. It was delicious.
