Aloha Salmon

This is a tasty salmon recipe from Judy, great for luncheon or a hot weather meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. (not kidding) black pepper

Needs a bit more kick, Member JudiVS

Tried this salad today - while it's a good start it needs some kicking up. Next time I'll back off the soya (used low sodium) and play with the sauce flavour. I'll let you know the results.
