Ingredients:
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 16 ounces very thinly sliced cooked roast beef
Preparation:
Toast buns if desired. In saucepan, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, steak sauce, salt, and mustard; add beef. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.Spoon onto buns.
Makes 4 barbecued roast beef sandwich servings.
