Ingredients:
- rye bread
- about 1/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef for each sandwich
- Swiss cheese
- sauerkraut
- Russian salad dressing
Preparation:
Assemble ingredients on rye bread and grill on a lightly greased griddle until lightly browned and cheese is melted.Rachel: Substitute pastrami for the corned beef and top with coleslaw instead of saurkraut.
