- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- dash salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Refrigerate until chilled and firm, then slices as needed.
Grill steaks, corn on the cob, or fish until done as desired and serve with a thin slice of the herb butter.
Makes about 4 tablespoons of herb butter.
