Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Brown onion and green pepper in oil. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over fish or chicken.Makes 1 1/2 cups of Creole sauce.
