A homemade teriyaki sauce from Linda.
Ingredients:
- 1 small bottle Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. ginger
- dash accent
- 1 c. water
Preparation:
Bring to boil & strain. Marinate meat for 3 or 4 hrs, then broil or grill.
