INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon or 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh finely chopped tarragon
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
- dash salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Makes 1/3 cup of tarragon mayonnaise, which is enough to use as a spread for 4 to 6 sandwiches.
