Be the first to A beans and knockwurst baked casserole recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 large can (28 ounces) baked beans
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded red cabbage, drained
- 1/4 cup beer or apple juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 4 knockwurst
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except knockwurst.
Turn bean mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Brush knockwurst with a little mustard, if desired, and place over the beans. Bake for 25 minutes.
