(These sausage balls are made with hot ground sausage, cheese, baking mix, and seasonings.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound hot sausage
- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups baking mix
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and serve. Makes about 3 dozen.
