This is an easy crab appetizer to spread on rounds or use as a stuffing for mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (7 1/2 ounces) crabmeat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together; spread on party rye rounds or toast slices. Place under broiler until hot and bubbly.
This mixture can also be used as a filling for mushrooms.
